Discovery Session

Everything starts with a focused discovery conversation. Before we meet, you complete a short intake so we can show up prepared. The session runs about an hour and can be in-person or virtual. We review your current reality, define the core constraints, and determine whether there is a fit for deeper work.

Custom Proposal

If there is a fit, we design an engagement around your business instead of forcing a template. You get a written proposal with scope, session cadence, deliverables, timelines, and investment options. We review it live so you can ask questions and pressure-test the plan before committing.

Strategy Sessions + Offline Build

Engagement Begins

Once the engagement begins, we run focused working sessions (in-person or virtual, recorded when virtual) to make key decisions with you in the room. Between sessions, we do offline build work: strategy synthesis, process design, and tech-enabled systems planning. We then reconvene for follow-up sessions to review deliverables and finalize action priorities.

Implementation is where strategy proves itself. Depending on your engagement, we support rollout, accountability, and adaptation as your team executes. For advisory clients, this phase runs as recurring strategy sessions with ongoing offline support between meetings.

Common Questions

It depends on scope. Discovery is a single session, while assessment and planning engagements run over several weeks with structured sessions and offline build work between them. Ongoing advisory is recurring by design.
That is common. We can scope around one priority area (business strategy, process improvement, or advisory support) and expand only if it makes sense.
Both, depending on your engagement. We do not stop at a strategy document. We support implementation through follow-up sessions, accountability, and systems refinement as needed.
Technology decisions are made in service of strategy. We identify where tech-enabled systems improve workflow, visibility, and accountability, then scope implementation through B5 and sister brands when needed.
All three brands are under B5 Services Group LLC. When deeper digital implementation is needed, we coordinate directly with Noisy Pixel or Noisy Pixel Studios so strategy and execution stay aligned.
